Where we don't just improve lives—we transform them. Since 2003, we've been a beacon of hope and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the Lower Hudson Valley and New York City.

As a proud nonprofit partner of OPWDD, we offer more than just services—we offer pathways to dreams. Our comprehensive home and community-based programs are designed to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives and reach their fullest potential.

Whether you need respite care, community habilitation, day habilitation, individual support services, or pre-vocational support, we are here to help. We also provide a Children's Waiver HCBS services for children up to the age of 21, serving children with multiple disabilities and severe emotional disturbances. Our services for children include respite care, community habilitation, pre-vocational Support and Employment Maintenance Program, community family advocacy, and support services.

We have offices in Orange and Rockland counties and Brooklyn, New York, so we are easily accessible to those we serve. In our Rockland facility in New City, New York, we also have a state-of-the-art pre-vocational and day habilitation program.

Our commitment to quality is evident in everything we do. We use evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach to provide the highest quality care and support, and we continuously evaluate and improve our services to ensure we are meeting the evolving needs of the individuals we serve.
