Whether you need respite care, community habilitation, day habilitation, individual support services, or pre-vocational support, we are here to help. We also provide a Children's Waiver HCBS services for children up to the age of 21, serving children with multiple disabilities and severe emotional disturbances. Our services for children include respite care, community habilitation, pre-vocational Support and Employment Maintenance Program, community family advocacy, and support services.
We have offices in Orange and Rockland counties and Brooklyn, New York, so we are easily accessible to those we serve. In our Rockland facility in New City, New York, we also have a state-of-the-art pre-vocational and day habilitation program.
